METHODS: A retrospective cohort study was conducted on overweight and obese adult Filipinos enrolled at the Weight Management Center of St. Luke's Medical Center from January 2010 to December 2014. Body mass index decreased by 6%, with mean change of 2.17±1.49kg/m2 (P= <0.0001). Systolic and diastolic blood pressures decreased with mean of 5.83mmHg, P=

CONCLUSION: The multidisciplinary weight management program is effective in achieving weight loss and reducing systolic and diastolic pressures among overweight and obese adult Filipinos.
