With the assumption that the offering of health insurance policies increases enrollment, the number of informal workers’ annual enrollment will subjected to a time series data analysis to quantify annual enrollment rates. Simple linear regression method will be used to provide predictive trends on enrollment rates to determine whether the slope of the regression line differs significantly from zero. The alternative hypothesis is that the slope is not equal to zero. Health policies utilization and feedback from informal workers will also be explored, to limit only on preferred type of policy that seems to greatly reduce OPP expenditures and give them greater access to health care. The end project output will be an enrollment trend analysis and investigation on the preferred policies and beneficiary claims.
