Development and Pilot Testing of a Distal Targeting Device

This project aims to develop a targeting device for distal locking of intramedullary nails without using X-rays. The device will use a patent-pending sensor system to detect the location of the distal screw holes. Design improvements and system accuracy will be investigated, and pilot runs will conducted and validated.
