Abstract

Stress is a biological reaction to any adverse stimulus, which can affect one's personality whether physical, mental or emotional. It can sometimes lead to fatality and is now a global issue. Dentistry is a stressful profession. Clinical requirements, which are part of the dental study provoke the occurrence if stress.Upon entering the clinical practice, numbers come out among clinicians practice, numbers of stressors come out among the clinicians who are unprepared which in turn. may lead to sudden depression, exhaustion and worst is mobility
