Objectives

The study aimed to: 1) determine the relationship between the urine cotinine levels in non-smoking school children and smoking cessation of the smoker/s in the home; 2) determine the relationship between the incidence of respiratory symptoms in non-smoking school children exposed to environmental tobacco smoke in the home and their urine cotinine levels.
