Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL) is a rare hematologic malignancy, highly treatable with All-trans-retinoic acid (ATRA), whose safety is pregnancy is not well established. Our objectives are as follows: 1.) To present a case of Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia in pregnancy treated successfully with All Trans-Retinoic Acid (ATRA) 2. ) To review fetal outcome of case reports and literature pertaining to APL in pregnancy treated with ATRA. 3. ) To discuss the management of APL treatment in pregnancy according to present recommendations.
