The main objective of the study was to determine the nutritional health condition of 73 male and female respondents. The survey technique was used to obtain the respondents profile, anthropometric data, personal data, food habits, perceived body image, food preferences, physical activity, condition of the digestive tract, bone health status and restrained attitude towards food.

Results of this study indicate that respondents were consciously and/or unconsciously at risk to a nutrition/diet related diseases. (Author)
