The statistical data showed that the post test scores of the respondents' right hand is significantly higher than the pre-test scores. That indicates that there was a significantly higher than the pre-test scores. That indicates that there was a significant improvement in the upper extremity muscle performance of the respondents' right hand. The post test scores of the respondents' left hand is significantly higher than the pre-test scores. This would indicate that there was a significant improvement in the upper extremity muscle performance of the respondents' left hand.

The researchers recommend to conduct a research with regards to effectiveness of Nintendo Wii on Upper Extremity Muscle Performance in Elderly to correlate with grip strengthening or progressive resistive exercises. And also, to try to use or incorporate Nintendo Wii on rehabilitation centers for an alternative method for improvement of muscle performance in elderlies.
