The instructional Video Material provides a unique opportunity to present, teach, and internalize authentic information that is useful to any individual in the country. Because this material can be edited for presentation, it is also an excellent venue for focusing the people's attention on specific details and for creating exercise material based on the video itself. This study focused on explaining the effectiveness of the Instructional Video material as a program for laborers with mechanical low back pain. Sixty-two (62) laborers from a certain company was selected as respondents. T-test was chosen by the statistician to compute for the statistical significance. Results showed there was a significant decrease between pre-test and post-test scores in terms of laborer's pain severity with regards to mechanical low back pain as it has computed t-value of 5.68 which is higher than critical value of 1.98 based on the 0.05 level of significance. It shows that the difference between the result of the pre-test and post test is significant which may imply that the instructional video material is effective.
