This study was conducted to determine the behavioral risks of strawberry farm gardeners of Km6., Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet. Specifically, the study sought to determine the profile of the strawberry farm gardeners according to age, educational attainment, and farming experience; the frequency of practice of the behavioral risks of the strawberry farm gardeners and the differences on the frequency of practice of the strawberry farm gardeners according to age, educational attainment, and farming experience. Descriptive-quantitative research was used in the study. The study was conducted from April 2013 to May 2013 among 52 respondents. Results revealed that majority of the strawberry farm gardeners are 41 to 59 years old, at least have an elementary or high school education and have been farming for at least 10 to 19 years; regardless of age, educational attainment, and farming experience, the strawberry farm gardeners have always practiced risks prevention behaviors in farming; and age, educational attainment, and farming experience has significant impact on their practice of risks prevention. It is concluded that majority of the strawberry farm gardeners belong to middle adulthood, most of them finished, if not, had reached elementary level and high school level, and majority of them have 10-19 years farming experience; the strawberry farm gardeners are aware of the effects of pesticides and other chemicals on their health; thus, they practiced safety measures in their farming and avoid risky behaviors that may allow them to get exposed to chemicals; age, educational attainment, and farming experience affect the practice of risks prevention behaviors of strawberry farm gardeners.
