Objectives

General Objectives:To determine the prevalence of APA in hypertensive patients delivered at the UP-PGH Department of Obstetrics.Specific Objectives:1. To compare the prevalence of prolonged KCT and ELISA (IgG and IgM) for ACA as measures for APA in normal hypertensive patients who deliver at the UP-PGH Department of Obstetrics;2. To cerrelate the degree of KCT prolongation and ACA antibody levels with the degree of hypertension;3. To determine outcome of pregnancy in patients with and without APA.
