Objectives

General Objective:To compare the effectiveness of aloe vera extract with sulfadiazine in wound healing of experimentally induce burn in albino mice.
Specific Objectives:1.To determine the effectiveness of aloe vera extract 20 percent concentration w/v in wound healing of burn by gross appearance in albino mice.
2.To determine the effectiveness of sulfadiazine in wound healing of burn by gross appearance in albino mice.
3.To compare the effectiveness of aloe vera extract with sulfadizine in wound healing of burn based on histologic criteria of burn:Gross observation,degree of epithelization,degree of angiogenesis,degree of inflammatory cells and the degree of necrotic tissue.
4.To note some side of aloe vera extract and sulfadiazine in wound healing of burn.
